Our Story

My name is Warren Buck. When I first started in education I went in thinking that if I could help even one young person live a better life, then I would be a happy man.

What I quickly discovered was that I was able to impact dozens, if not hundreds, of students and their families each year. This lit a fire that has continued to drive me. This drive is what has led to the founding of Future Finders.

I learned as a teacher, principal, and nonprofit director that young people have an almost boundless capacity to learn, grow, and achieve if given the proper support and guidance. Being that person who helps guide young people has connected me to a wide network of high achieving people in a variety of fields that share my passion for helping others.

Utilizing this network and our passions to help young people is the mission of Future Finders, and we are excited to partner in the process of creating a bright and fulfilling future for young people in Northeast Florida and across the country.
